1. Booking Services
TeeReserve Golf provides an online platform for users to browse and book tee times at various golf courses. We act as an intermediary between you and the golf course. All bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms of the golf course.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features of our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Payments and Cancellations
- Payments: All payments for bookings must be made through our platform using one of our accepted payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary by golf course. The specific policy for your booking will be displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email. Generally, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You are responsible for your conduct at the golf course and must adhere to all course rules and etiquette, including dress codes and pace of play.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TeeReserve Golf or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
TeeReserve Golf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not to any injury or property damage that occurs at the golf course.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Los Cabos, B.C.S., Mexico.
